WATER DESILTING
Water bodies such as lakes, canals, ponds or other wetlands must be regularly desilted to remove sediment (debris). If this is not done, the water body loses flow velocity and circulation, and the ecosystem stagnates. The result is increasingly poor water quality. But heavy equipment cannot always be used without damaging sensitive areas. We have the solution!
FOR PRIVATE AND COMMERCIAL USE
With its extensive range of tools, our amphibious work machine quickly handles tasks such as the desilting of lagoons and maturation ponds in sewage treatment plants, or of ponds in the private sector.
It loosens the sediment under water, pumps the sediment upward with its hydraulically operated dredging pump and conveys it to the pump inlet with a screw conveyor. The pumping capacity is approximately 100 m³/h. It can also perform mowing tasks above and under water, as well as collection and dredging tasks.
MAINTENANCE OF WATER BODIES FOR MUNICIPALITIES
With our multifunctional amphibious all-rounder, there are no limits placed on the maintenance and desilting of water bodies. It can accomplish tasks in areas that cannot be reached by humans or heavy machinery. It is also ideal for lakes, sewers or conservation areas whose conditions requiring careful desilting. This protects sensitive areas where heavy equipment could do more harm than good.
The sludge produced can be dewatered on site by our mobile dewatering systems. We also handle the removal of the accumulated filtered material and ensure its proper disposal.
INNOVATIVE REMEDIATION OF WATER BODIES
Our multifunctional vehicle goes wherever accessibility is restricted – in the water and near the banks. It is ideally suited for use even in moors, wetlands and swamps, where travel with heavy vehicles should naturally be avoided. The possibilities in sensitive areas are unparalleled. Our amphibious carrier vehicle handles tasks such as traditional desilting work or dredging work with a hydraulically driven dredging pump and screw conveyor, as well as cutting and collecting aquatic plants. It can also collect and remove plant residues and waste material, and can even skim off oil.
The machine can be fully controlled in narrow channels and wetlands as well as on bridges. Our vehicle can easily turn on its own axis and can stop from full speed within just half a meter. The operator’s cab acts as a counterweight when lifting heavy loads, ensuring absolute stability without damaging the ground.
