SEPARATOR SERVICE
Separator systems have a wide range of applications. Separators are needed for industrial cleaning processes that produce wastewater containing oil or grease. Both the German Water Resources Act and applicable standards provide guidelines for the operation, maintenance and inspection of separator systems. Before they are commissioned and then at regular intervals of no more than five years, light liquid separators must be inspected to ensure that they are in sound condition and operating correctly.

Separator systems are used wherever there is a risk that liquids containing oil or grease could pollute the environment. They provide sustainable wastewater treatment and thus also protect against water pollution.
Oil separators are used by businesses such as workshops, service stations, car washes, scrap yards and freight forwarding companies, while grease separators are used in places like restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, butcher shops and others. INSPECTION, REPAIR
We inspect the suitability and operating safety of light liquid separator systems (such as oil separators) according to DIN 1999-100/101, and grease separators according to DIN 4040, on a regular basis, but at least every five years. We will be happy to handle the general inspection for you, as well as the semi-annual and annual maintenance.
This includes checking the structural and technical condition of the plant, the inlet pipes and ducts, and more. At the conclusion you will receive a maintenance report and an entry in your operating logbook to keep all activities concerning your separator systems transparent and traceable.
